So in order to get married in the Greek Orthodox Church we have to fill out this form. The form is outdated, and some of the questions are more appropriate for a small town or village wedding... as you can see (click it):
I've got to wonder, if I had answered yes, what could possibly be the "complete explanation" which would satisfy even the most uncompromising Greek?
Suggestions welcome...

She is my half sister, and also my sister in law but she's pregnant and I am the father. (I bet it sounds better in Greek)

Well, I just read Middlesex. That has a whole incest thing in there.
Or, alternately, there's "I was fated by the gods to kill my father and sleep with my mother so they gave me to a shepherd to kill me when I was a baby, but the shepherd felt bad and gave me to this other couple, who I totally thought were my parents, but then I heard about this prophecy and freaked out and ran away, when I ran into this guy who attacked me, so I did what I had to do, then I came upon this one city where there was like this plague, and I solved this riddle, which is a whole other story but anyway I want to marry the queen, but she turned out to be the wife of that guy I killed, who turned out to be my father, which makes her my mother! Isn't that crazy?
